Experience behind the advice
SHINE Performance draws on its founder’s experience in multinational organisations, family businesses and entrepreneurship, combining commercial judgement, operational responsibility and an understanding of how people and organisations change.
As Managing Director of a specialist retail business, the founder led 27 stores and 120 employees. During that tenure, revenue increased by 30% and costs decreased by 5%.
The founder created and ran a children’s fashion business, developing and marketing more than 600 products for a customer base of over 5,000.
In the biopharmaceutical industry, the founder designed and implemented performance and leadership frameworks and improved processes across functions through ERP and HR systems.
Selected achievements from the founder’s previous roles. Outcomes depend on each organisation’s circumstances and are not a promise of future results.
Founder led. Personally involved.
The founder’s career spans entrepreneurship, general management, consulting and organisational development, with experience across retail, consumer products, biopharmaceuticals and professional services. This brings a practical understanding of decision making, team engagement and delivery within real constraints.
SHINE Performance provides direct access to its founder throughout each engagement. The approach combines careful listening, constructive challenge and hands on support, with clear communication at every stage.
Based in Geneva, SHINE Performance supports business owners and leadership teams internationally, working in English and French. Its founder holds a Master’s degree in Organisational Psychology, has undertaken executive education and remains actively involved in graduate mentoring.
