When the way forward needs clarity

Your business has changed.
Has the way it works?

Growth, competing demands and new expectations can stretch an organisation. I work with you to understand what is getting in the way and turn your priorities into changes your team can put into practice.

01 / OPERATIONS

Less friction.
More effective delivery.

Address repeated administration, unclear handovers and inconsistent processes. Clarify how work flows, where decisions sit and which improvements deserve attention.

02 / PEOPLE

A team aligned
around what matters.

Clarify roles and objectives, strengthen management practices and develop the capabilities your business needs. Make performance conversations useful.

03 / DIRECTION

A practical route
from plans to results.

Translate ambition into achievable priorities. Establish an action plan, management routines and measures that help you make decisions and follow progress.

Two ways to begin

Clarity first.
Support where it counts.

Swiss SME performance survey 2027

What would help your
business move forward?

Share the priorities, pressures and practical challenges facing your business. The survey explores what matters most, what you have tried and where improvements could make a difference.

A useful perspective.
A separate choice.

Participants can request a free synopsis of aggregate findings and practical implications, up to four pages.

Participation does not require purchasing a service. You can separately request contact about paid support.

The synopsis covers participating businesses and is not a personalised assessment. Publication and delivery dates will be stated on the survey page.

A few practical questions

Before we begin.

Do I need to know exactly what the problem is?

No. Bring the situation as you see it. The initial conversation helps us identify the question worth exploring and whether my experience is relevant.

Can you help with implementation as well as recommendations?

Yes. We can agree practical support with processes, responsibilities, management practices and progress reviews. Your team retains ownership of business decisions and delivery.

Do I need to complete the survey first?

No. You can contact SHINE Performance directly. The survey is a separate research initiative and an optional way to contribute your perspective.

How are fees and confidentiality handled?

We agree fees, scope, access to information and confidentiality arrangements before work starts. The initial conversation helps establish fit; it does not commit you to an engagement.

Let’s start with your situation
